Even as Etienne Calsac's star rises in the Champagne sky, his flagship cuvee remains a phenomenal value. This Blanc de Blancs is primarily sourced from a vineyard his grandparents planted in the lesser-known premier cru village of Grauves. 30% of the wine is drawn from a solera he began in 2011. This release has beautiful oxidation that adds richness to a bright, chalky beam of acidity.
