This is an Edwardian reproduction filigree ring in rose gold plated sterling silver. The round full cut high quality 6.8ct Natural/Genuine White Topaz solitaire gemstone is 12mm in diameter. The inside of the band is marked 925 for sterling silver. 

Notice the beautiful intricate crown-like design of the filigree setting and the etched band. The original ring in this exact design was circa 1910.
